LapseWatch is operated by LapseWatch LLC, a Washington limited liability company. The service monitors publicly available Washington State Department of Labor & Industries (L&I) contractor registration data and reports records that changed — suspensions, bond cancellations and impairments, insurance cancellations, reinstatements, new registrations and upcoming expirations.
We do not create the underlying data, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Washington State L&I or any other government agency. The source records are public; the service is the daily comparison of them.
LapseWatch provides contractor licensing data derived from public Washington State L&I records for the subscriber's own manual, compliant business outreach. The subscriber is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws governing contact, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state telemarketing rules, and Do-Not-Call requirements. LapseWatch does not place calls or messages and makes no representation that any number is safe to auto-dial or text.
In plain terms: we hand you public-record information. What you do with it — who you call, how you call them, whether you use an autodialer or send texts, and whether you have scrubbed against Do-Not-Call lists — is your decision and your legal responsibility. A phone number appearing in the feed is not a representation that contacting it is lawful in your circumstances.
You agree not to use the service for any purpose prohibited by law, and not to resell, redistribute or republish the feed or its contents without our written permission.
The feed reflects what the state published, as of the morning it was published. Records may be incomplete, delayed, superseded or corrected by L&I after we report them. We apply quality filters and label events honestly — including marking scheduled cancellations that have not yet taken effect — but we do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any record, and you should verify anything material against L&I directly before relying on it.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
What we store about you: the name, agency, email address, phone number and territory you give us; your password, stored only as an argon2id hash that cannot be reversed; the marks you make on leads; and the IP address and browser user-agent of requests to the trial form, kept as an abuse-prevention record.
What we do not do: we do not sell or rent your information; we do not run advertising, tracking pixels, analytics or fingerprinting; and the application loads no third-party scripts, fonts or assets, so no outside party sees your visit.
Processors: transactional email is sent through Resend, which necessarily receives the address we send to. The service runs on a private server operated by LapseWatch LLC.
Contractor information in the feed is public record published by Washington State L&I. Corrections to it must be made through L&I; we report what the state publishes.
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to close your account, write to support@lapsewatch.pro. Closing an account deletes the account and its marks.
